We are delighted to have completed Warrington’s first co-living scheme, The Coach House at Westminster Place! We are also thrilled to have contributed to the regeneration of the Parrs Bank site right in the heart of Warrington town centre. We believe it adds to the overall regeneration story happening right now in Warrington; from Golden Square to the new Warrington Market, Warrington is very much on the up.
This site has been a real labour of love going through the challenges of planning and listed building constraints to a global pandemic and contractor issues. However, it always feels special to breathe life back into old buildings; to sympathetically blend the beauty of old character with the comfort and clean lines of modern building materials. The result, we think you’ll agree, is simply stunning.
Co-living is the latest evolution of shared spaces for professional, community minded people. It blends your own private space with amenities that encourage new friendships and meaningful experiences. In short, its beautifully designed homes with a community twist. Being on your own in an apartment can be lonely and being in a HMO can sometimes feel too cramped, we have solved both of these issues. We have stylish self-contained studios that cater for all budgets and come with additional communal spaces to enjoy with friends or simply to give you space to comfortably work from home.
Having put years into the Coach House and bringing all our experience as professional developers and landlords into this project, we are now looking forward to our tenants getting to enjoy the space. The studios are going quickly, but we’d love to show you around and who knows, you might be our newest neighbour.
